Mirror Has Two Faces

Mirror has two faces.
One that it normally shows
And the other that you want to see.
The one that you hate so much
And to other you say, “I love thee”.

Mirror has two faces.
One with the morning sun
And the other with the mist of night.
The one that you try to make
And the other is a frightful sight.

Mirror has two faces.
One with a fitted mask
And the other that is stripped to none.
The one that you want to keep
And the other that is not so fun.

Mirror has two faces.
One that it shows to see
And the other that it sees to show.
The one that doesn’t make you happy
The other always makes you glow.

Mirror has two faces.
The one that you choose to keep
And the other that is kept for you.
Both of them are the same at last
There is nothing that you can do.
